This dataset contains the inscritpion parameters for the modification of polymer materials using femtosecond laser processing techniques.

Methods, materials and software:
All microscope images were captured by an Zeiss AxioImager M1 optical microscope; 
Surfaces were analysed with an Wyko NT 9100 optical profilometer; 
Reflection spectra were captures by a Micron Optics Hyperion S155 Optical Sensing Instrument.
